Job duties: Plan and Design scalable and performance-oriented multi-tier enterprise application architecture describing application, system, and database models; Develop and enhance web properties and data-driven business applications using object-oriented programming methods and .NET/web technologies; Write, review, test and document programming code on new software and enhancements as per QM standards and implement secure coding standards and practices; Develop integration processes that extract, transform, load (ETL) data between databases, flat files, external and internal sources/systems; Maintain database performance by identifying and resolving production and application development problems; Provide oversight of all processes, data flows and interfaces that feed content to websites and/or provide solutions/services externally to constituents.

Job duties: Evaluate business systems, processes and procedures to assess computing needs and system requirements as well as the project feasibility and technical resource requirements; Develop program strategies and enterprise wide high level project plans for IT product development and resource delivery systems, including efficient disaster recovery strategies and procedures; Ensure integration of projects and adjust project scope, timing and budgets, as needed; Provide IT insight up front in the business idea process, and drive innovative ideas into the pipeline to illustrate where IT can enable and differentiate; Analyze data relating to technology trends and clients’ specific business operational processes and practices through statistical analysis and sampling; Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, develop internal controls to mitigate risks and improve internal controls; Identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing information technology to achieve the goals of the enterprise, track key project milestones, and ensure timely delivery projects contained in the IT project portfolio.
