? SENIOR SYSTEMS & ANALYST

  • Job duties:
    • Analyze information flows Formulate and define system scope and objectives to develop or modify complex information systems and applications; Develop software artefacts that meet design, functional and non-functional requirements; Configure, design and build integration solutions based on services oriented architecture; Collaborate with the technical and business teams in the design, installation, troubleshooting, deployment, and sustainment of computer systems and software applications; Design and implement security measures to provide controlled access to applications, database, source code, and program libraries and ensure compliance with quality assurance standards; Oversee the preparation and maintenance of detailed technical documentation, including the documentation of system architecture, application design specifications, application relationships, interfaces, code changes, procedures, and manuals; Coordinate with technical teams on system administration and application migration tasks.
    Qualification Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology or Electronics Engineering or related discipline and two (2) years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience in the job offered or in system analysis and design tasks.

? Senior .NET Developer

  • Job duties:
  • Plan and Design scalable and performance-oriented multi-tier enterprise application architecture describing application, system, and database models; Develop and enhance web properties and data-driven business applications using object-oriented programming methods and .NET/web technologies; Write, review, test and document programming code on new software and enhancements as per QM standards and implement secure coding standards and practices; Develop integration processes that extract, transform, load (ETL) data between databases, flat files, external and internal sources/systems; Maintain database performance by identifying and resolving production and application development problems; Provide oversight of all processes, data flows and interfaces that feed content to websites and/or provide solutions/services externally to constituents.
    Qualification Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field and one (1) year of work experience in the job offered on in software application development. Experience must include one (1) year designing and developing software using C# and .NET technologies. In lieu of Master’s degree plus one (1) year of experience, Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience or any suitable combination of education, experience or training.

? Information Security and & Risk Analyst

  • Job duties:
  • Analyze information flows for business data domains; Conduct risk and business impact assessments to identify and evaluate business/technology risks and security concerns; Define and document requirements for data, work flows and logical processes; Formulate security configuration and operational standards for IT systems/applications; Design and develop internal controls to mitigate security risks and related opportunities for internal controls improvement; Monitor the implementation of security processes and procedures and support service-level agreements (SLAs); Provide assistance in security incidents resolution.
    Qualification Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Information Systems Security or related discipline and six (6) months of experience in the job offered or in software design and development. In lieu of Master’s degree plus six (6) months of experience, Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience or any suitable combination of education, experience or training.
